We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Marketing Team to execute marketing strategies and programs that assist in driving revenue generation, build company visibility and market leadership, and support Paladino’s mission, business objectives and brand value. We are looking for an individual who is flexible, energetic, able to problem-solve and prioritize and have an interest in green buildings and sustainability.

This proficient team member is extremely well organized, possessing the ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders across the organization to achieve desired results, including firm leadership. Candidates must be able to make recommendations, work independently on most projects and programs and complete projects on deadline. To be successful you must be a self-starter who thrives under pressure with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment with experience working with multiple marketing campaigns methods (e.g., webinars, e-mail, banner ads, search (organic and paid), and social media tools).

Some travel is expected.

As Marketing Coordinator you will:
•Coordinate corporate communications such as developing and maintaining all marketing resource materials–brochures, case studies, brochures and promotional collateral.
•Coordinate graphic design, layout and print coordination of marketing material.
•Organize, coordinate, and control activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals.
•Gather information about prospects and participate in proposal strategy in support of Paladino’s business development objectives.
•Organize and produce RFQ/RFP responses; identify, solicit, and coordinate technical input needed from parties outside the Marketing/Biz Dev Department required for proposal/presentation completion.
•Support client appreciation activities (conferences, client events/parties, open houses, holiday cards etc.).
•Support the corporate PR program (press releases, pitches and social media accounts).
•Maintain website and blog publishing schedule; coordinate blog publishing activities with internal staff and external vendor.
•Manage Salesforce.com data entry and maintenance.
•Prepare and maintain team’s status reports, master calendar and departmental metrics.

Qualifications & Experience
•A degree in marketing or allied field.
•3 to 5 years professional experience with demonstrated skill progression in the marketing field; experience/understanding of professional services firms, A/E or sustainability preferred.
•Ability to prepare presentations, marketing collateral and brand awareness materials articulating a leadership position.
•Demonstrated excellence in proposal development, writing, and communication skills.
•Background and previous experience with coordinating marketing collateral, white papers and case studies.
•Experience managing a web site and/or portal, utilizing a CMS and managing the site performance against standard web metrics.
•Experience with multiple marketing campaigns methods (e.g., webinars, e-mail, banner ads, search (organic and paid), and social media tools).
•Experience with desktop publishing / Adobe Creative Suite.
•Ability to successfully collaborate with many and varied personality types towards a mutually beneficial outcome.
•Proven project management skills, coordinating multiple project deliverables.
•Strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
•Ability to accommodate reasonable overtime work when required.
•A sense of humor and a knack for innovation, problem solving and negotiating positive results
•A high degree of motivation and passion to succeed.
