The Thinknear sales team is responsible for the company’s advertising sales, and monetization of Thinknear’s premium mobile inventory. The Director of Sales will be responsible for selling to brands and agencies in their region, creating effective mobile advertising solutions, and exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
• Utilize network and rolodex to secure meetings and deals with ad agencies
• Cultivate and develop new agency and client relationships.
• Contribute to go-to-market sales & marketing strategy.
• Help create regional go-to-market sales strategy and revenue forecasts.
• Grow and close new business.
• Exceed quarterly revenue goals.
• Co-lead activities with account managers in order to provide world class customer support.
• Track and manage advertiser pipeline to inform and exceed quarterly business goals.
• Help develop the mobile ecosystem and mobile advertising.
• Represent Thinknear within the industry including at industry trade shows.
• Support all regional Thinknear client events to ensure success.
• Proven media advertising sales skills and ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Proven track record for developing strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
• Outstanding organizational skills with tremendous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and tactical thinker who can develop compelling media programs.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills as well as relationship and negotiation skills.
• Online digital media experience is required; mobile ad experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work to solve clients’ technical issues.
• Ability to work in a start-up environment.
